We will learn about current research into the effects of screen time on kids and teens. We will also go over strategies to keep our kids safe online, and to foster relational connection around technology use.

This training helps parents understand the importance of balancing structure and nurture to support their child’s emotional and behavioral development. Participants will learn practical strategies to set consistent boundaries while fostering warmth, connection, and trust.

Divorce is hard by itself. When you throw parenting with your ex into the mix it becomes more complicated. Learn ways to effectively co-parent with your ex in order to prevent negative effects of divorce in your children and improve better connection with your children.
