Maritza is a dedicated Licensed Associate Counselor committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for healing. She uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to tailor to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. Working with clients from children to adults, Maritza understands that trauma can affect anyone, at any stage of life, and believes that everyone possesses inner strengths to aid in their healing process. By incorporating body awareness into therapy, she hopes to help clients process emotions, foster self-acceptance, and increase balance in both mind and body. She believes in the importance of connection and fosters a sense of belonging, guiding clients to find deeper meaning and support as they work toward healing.
