About Kashmir Frank
Kashmir is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for supporting couples and families through the healing process, particularly in overcoming trauma and relational challenges. She specializes in helping couples understand how childhood adversity impacts their relationships and aids individuals in balancing their emotions after adversity. Kashmir is also dedicated to working with children, using a play therapy approach that supports healing at the child’s own pace while helping parents understand their child’s needs. She integrates mindfulness and somatic-regulation techniques to help manage anxiety, depression, and PTSD, striving to create a safe and positive environment that enhances overall well-being.
